Poi tutti quelli liquidi
scaglie, quantità a piacere

4 tablespoons bitter cocoa

1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

80 grams of dark chocolate chips

For the cream:
a coconut milk tin placed in the fridge for at least 1 day
3 tablespoons powdered vanilla sugar
a coconut milk tin placed in the fridge for at least 1 day
3 tablespoons powdered vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients first and then all those liquids.
Add the chocolate chips.
Put the mixture in a pan.
In the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 ° -200 °.
For the cream:
The first idea was to prepare a cream with the coconut milk, but I just could not. To get the cream, coconut milk must have a high fat content, and perhaps this type that I bought does not have enough ..
But I have not given up, after taking the coconut milk in the fridge and then for half an hour in the freezer, with a spoon I poured the densest part of the milk in a bowl, add two tablespoons of vanilla sugar, thinking this could thicken the milk, and mixed with a whisk. I put the mixture in the fridge, but only for a few minutes, I had not much time, but I would recommend to leave it in the fridge or freezer for at least half an hour before using it.

Meanwhile I obtain from the cake, two little cakes, I
cut them in half, I stuffed with creamy sauce and put in the freezer for a few
minutes then dusted with powdered
vanilla sugar over and YUMMY!
